By enrolling in an OM Worldwide Inc program, you agree to the following terms.
Program Description
OM Worldwide Inc provides structured online educational programs designed for personal development, court requirements, workplace requirements, or agency referral.
These programs are educational in nature and are intended to support behavioral awareness, decision-making skills, and personal growth.
Participation in a course does not constitute medical care, psychiatric treatment, therapy, or clinical behavioral health services.
Fees & Refund Policy
Enrollment fees provide access to the online learning platform, course materials, progress tracking, certificate issuance, and administrative services. All programs are delivered digitally.
Because access is granted immediately upon enrollment, fees are non-refundable once the course has been activated, except where required by law.
Fees do not include therapy, counseling, or clinical treatment services.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for selecting the correct course for their situation. If a program is being taken for a court order, probation requirement, employer requirement, or agency referral, the participant is responsible for confirming that the selected course satisfies the required conditions before enrolling.
Requirements may vary by court, state, probation department, or agency. OM Worldwide Inc cannot guarantee acceptance in every jurisdiction.
By enrolling, participants agree to complete all coursework personally.
Activity Monitoring & Verification
For verification and compliance purposes, the system records activity including but not limited to:
- Login history
- Timestamps
- Lesson completion
- Written responses
- Quiz results
- IP address or device data
- Course progress records
Completion records or certificates may be provided to courts, probation officers, employers, or supervising agencies when requested.
Use of another person's account, submitting work for another participant, or attempting to bypass course requirements may result in termination of access without refund.
Educational Purpose Only
OM Worldwide courses are educational programs only. They are not a substitute for:
- Individual therapy
- Psychiatric care
- Substance abuse treatment
- Domestic violence intervention treatment
- Any licensed clinical service
Participants who require clinical treatment should seek services from a licensed provider.
Court & Agency Acceptance
Some courts, probation departments, employers, or agencies may require specific types of programs, including in-person programs, state-certified programs, or programs provided by approved providers. It is the participant's responsibility to confirm requirements before enrolling.
Completion of an OM Worldwide course does not guarantee acceptance by any court, probation department, employer, or agency.
Important — Domestic Violence Programs
Some jurisdictions require state-certified Batterer Intervention or Domestic Violence programs. OM Worldwide courses are educational programs and may not replace BIPs unless approved by the supervising court or agency. Participants must confirm requirements before enrolling.
Certificates
Certificates are issued after all required lessons, quizzes, written reflections, and participation requirements have been completed.
Certificates reflect course completion only and do not represent clinical evaluation, treatment, or professional certification.
Acceptance of a certificate is determined by the requesting court, employer, or agency.
Intellectual Property
Course materials may include content based on widely used behavioral education, cognitive-behavioral, and personal development frameworks. OM Worldwide Inc is an independent educational provider and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any government agency unless specifically stated.
All course materials, curriculum content, written exercises, tracking systems, certificates, platform features, and verification processes are the property of OM Worldwide Inc. Content may not be copied, shared, recorded, or redistributed without written permission.
Platform Use & Termination
Participants agree to use the learning platform only for legitimate educational purposes. OM Worldwide Inc reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, harassment, or violation of these terms.
Updates to These Terms
OM Worldwide Inc may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
