Tiffany Kumar — Executive Leadership & Strategy Tiffany Kumar serves in executive leadership and strategy at OM Worldwide Inc. She previously served as Global Head of Producer Relations at Spotify, where she managed large-scale cross-functional partnerships, compliance frameworks, and operational systems across multiple regions. Her background in high-level organizational leadership informs OM Worldwide’s structured, accountable approach to program delivery and reporting.
Clinical services are overseen by licensed behavioral health professionals experienced in correctional and reentry settings. All curriculum and programming decisions are guided by evidence-based behavioral intervention standards.
